Screen printing is a process that involves pushing ink through a woven mesh stencil onto fabric. The stencil opening creates the space through which the ink will go to create the design. The ink is then pushed over the mesh, pulled by a fill blade or squeegee. As the blade is pulled, the ink is pushed through the mesh, onto the garment.
Things you should know about screen printing
With screen printing, only one color can be applied at a time. Therefore, the number of colors on a t-shirt is limited, and each color requires more time, another screen and stencil, and ultimately, more money. That’s why screen printing is a good choice for simple designs with one solid color, and when you’re making many t-shirts of the same design at a time (eg. for a sports team, summer camp, or event).
For t-shirts any print 3 colors or less is 12 garments per order. Any prints 4 colors or more has a minimum of 25 pieces; different garment types such as hoodies, outerwear, accessories and etc. have different minimums. If you have questions make sure to include them in the comment section when you contact us by email or request a quote.

Embroidery is an age-old process of weaving a design onto fabric using a thread and needle. Today, instead of someone actually sewing a design by hand, a digital file is created that tells a machine how and where to put each stitch. Embroidery works best with simple, low color count logos or artwork. Photographs and artwork with fine detail or small lettering usually can not be embroidered. We’ll be sure to contact you if this is the case and recommend ways we can alter your design or suggest other alternatives.
